Company History
Allen & Allen, LLP - A CPA & Financial Planning Firm specializes in income tax preparation and financial
planning services for the individual and small business owner. The partnership was established in August of 2002 by Noelle
Allen, CPA and her son Mark Allen, CFP®.
Today, Noelle & Mark serve clients in a broad range of fields including alpaca ranching, professional services, trade
services, real estate, software development, and other fields.
Noelle & Mark's clients rely on them for:

- Achieving their retirement goals
- Improving their financial wellbeing through holistic financial planning

The Partners
Noelle Allen, CPA is a nationally recognized tax professional with 25 plus years experience working in
the industry. She is currently a member of the California CPA Society and a member and past chairperson of the California
CPA Society State Tax Committee. In addition to her practice, Noelle has been a professional lecturer for the past 25 years.
She has published articles on current tax topics for The Tax Adviser and other periodicals as well as a humorous book entitled
Confessions of a Tax Accountant.
Mark Allen,CFP®, EA is El Dorado County’s "go-to professional" specializing in tax and wealth management
services for small business owners and real estate investors. Along with his Master’s degree in Financial Planning,
Mark is enrolled to practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent, a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and an
Investment Advisor Representative with TransAmerica Financial Advisors. Mark integrates all disciplines into a holistic,
client-centered approach towards maximizing your after-tax income and wealth.
Currently, Mark serves on the Shingle Springs - Cameron Park Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He resides with his wife
and children in El Dorado Hills where he enjoys gardening, walking, and outdoor activities.

Our Staff
May Barisone, Office Manager - May comes to us with over 15 years of office management in the dental industry. While
May is a native San Franciscan, she is considered a local in El Dorado County for her time living here and her contribution
to the local community. At one point she was the honorary Mayor of El Dorado Hills. She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge
about our local area.
Carol Hodgson, CPA, Staff Accountant - Carol comes to us with extensive knowledge in corporate, partnership and non-profit
tax preparation from her own practice in the Monterey/Carmel, California area. After selling her firm Carol relocated to
the foothills to be near her children and their families. Carol continues her specialization with us by preparing all of
the corporate, non-profit, and partnership tax returns.
Our Associates
Brian Damiani, Investment Advisor Representative – a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with a B.S.
in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College. Brian has completed Graduate level Financial Services courses at Golden
Gate University. He resides in Pleasanton with his wife and children and runs the day to day operations of Wealth Management
Associates. Brian is active in the community as serves on the Board of his local Rotary club. For more information about
